Monika is a scientific professional in methodology at the INESSS Office of Methodologies, Data, and Ethics. She holds a PhD in civil engineering from McGill University and has extensive intersectional experience in health technology assessment, contributing to more than 25 peer-reviewed publications. She is also the co-founder of an international organization dedicated to developing reflexive multi-criteria approaches that integrate ethics and evidence to support the evaluation of health interventions. At INESSS, she works on applying a multidimensional approach, integrating environmental considerations into evaluations, methodological development, and scientific quality validation.
