The programs reporting to Jhanvi are Women’s and Children Program, Surgical Program, Dialysis and Infection Control.She has experience in a variety of programs including Nephrology, Bariatrics, Maternal Child and Surgery. Jhanvi has held a number of progressive management roles as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Patient Care Manager and Program Director.Jhanvi Solanki has a keen interest in innovation and system disruption in the healthcare sector. As a seasoned leader with 15 years of experience in acute and ambulatory care, she has led many multidisciplinary teams to maximize operational capacity, enhancing service delivery models to improve patient and provider experience alike and create systems that are targeted at improving patient outcomes using a high reliability approach.
