Jared Saunders is a sustainability and energy leader with over 15 years of experience spanning health care, mining, and the oil and gas sector. At the Saskatchewan Health Authority, he oversees province-wide programs in energy efficiency, emissions reduction, waste diversion, and ESG reporting. He works closely with utilities, municipalities, and industry partners to align policy and infrastructure goals, while representing SHA on provincial and national sustainability platforms. In addition to his role at SHA, Jared serves as the Saskatoon Chapter Lead for ECO Canada, where he supports collaboration and workforce development in Saskatchewan’s environmental sector.
