Anastasia MacDougall is the Project Lead for Environmental Sustainability at The Ottawa Hospital. She leads the delivery of environmental sustainability program and provides project management for hospital-wide environmental initiatives, working closely with teams across the organization. With nearly a decade of project experience in healthcare and a Master of Environment and Business from the University of Waterloo (2024), Anastasia approaches her work with a strong appreciation for systems thinking and collaborative problem-solving.
