The Collaborative Centre for Climate, Health and Sustainable Care is a multi-faculty academic unit at the University of Toronto dedicated to advancing climate & sustainability action for health and across health systems.
The Collaborative Centre played a key role in developing the Pan-Canadian Network and continues to support its ongoing work through the Coordination and Support Team.
Since 2023, the Collaborative Centre has served as the secretariat for a Community of Practice across the Toronto Academic Health Science Network (TAHSN).
On behalf of TAHSN, the Collaborative Centre produces an annual Climate & Sustainability Report highlighting the efforts of the 14 academic hospitals affiliated with the University of Toronto to prioritize and mobilize sustainability and climate action, as assessed by the Sustainability Balanced Scorecard.
The new 2025 TAHSN Climate & Sustainability Report demonstrates measurable system-wide progress across TAHSN to advance sustainability and climate action.
